At RED SQUARED, we work hard to bring professional production support directly to your set, event, or shoot location via our Mobile Production Vans or our skilled team members. Each van rental includes a dedicated production assistant and is equipped with essential gear to help you stay focused, organized, and on schedule and our Individual Cinematographer packages include professional camera equipment. Whether you need a quick drop-in or all-day on-site support, we’ve got flexible options to meet your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • For most OnDeck bookings, full payment is required upfront to lock in your date.

    For the DP + Van Package (Full Day only), we offer the option to pay 50% upfront and the remainder one day before the shoot.

  • If you have a weekend event, please book the Friday before and let us know in the notes — our Production Coordinator will confirm details with you after booking. If the Friday is booked, please contact us via our Contact page for help securing your date.

  • Yes, please select our Post Production Editing add-on during the booking process. If you need additional or more extensive editing, please make a note of it on the intake form.

  • Your footage will be made available at the end of your shoot via transfer to your portable storage drive.
